**Job Title: Technician** **Job Description** As a Technician, you will be responsible for installing equipment into trailers, vans, RVs, and similar vehicles. You will utilize hand and power tools to assemble mechanical and electrical components and troubleshoot assemblies such as wiring harnesses, control switches, and hydraulic components. Your role will involve, wiring schematics and assembly instructions to ensure the proper setup of the product. **Responsibilities** + Install and assemble mechanical and electrical components using hand and power tools. + Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical assemblies, including wiring harnesses, control switches, and hydraulic components. + Interpret technical drawings, wiring schematics, and assembly instructions. + Operate specialized tools and equipment such as pneumatic drivers, testing rigs, and multimeters. + Conduct in-process inspection and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and completion. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 3+ years of experience in an industrial setting involving mechanical and electrical work. + Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. + OSHA certification is a plus. **Work Environment** Work primarily on the shop floor, engaging with vehicle and trailer assembly lines. The schedule is Monday to Thursday, 6:30 am to 5:00 pm, with potential for overtime based on production demands. Currently, employees work five 10-hour shifts from Monday to Friday. The work environment includes exposure to moderate noise, moving equipment, and possible chemicals or solvents, with personal protective equipment (PPE) possibly required. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Aurora, Colorado. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr.
