**Job Title: Laborer / Service Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Laborer / Service Technician to join our team. This role involves cleaning, remodeling, and building trailers using a variety of skills, including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work. Your expertise will contribute to creating functional and efficient modular offices tailored to our customers' needs. **Responsibilities** + Perform remodeling and building tasks for trailers, including flooring, paneling, and sheet rock installation. + Conduct plumbing tasks such as installing and repairing sinks and toilets. + Perform electrical work, including rewiring and lighting installation. + Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area. **Essential Skills** + Experience in carpentry, including flooring and sheet rock installation. + Proficiency in plumbing tasks such as sink and toilet installation. + Ability to perform electrical tasks, including rewiring and lighting. + Valid driver's license. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with HVAC systems is a plus. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. + Proficiency in using hand tools. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints or schematics. **Why Work Here?** Join a growing company dedicated to developing your carpentry skills and making you a more valuable team member.
