Job Description
Join our team as a Technician 1, where you will be responsible for performing rack and stack installations of various RF components, including coax connectors, grounding, cable supports splitters, fiber optic cable, CAT6 cable, and other essential components. You will be expected to read and follow wiring/routing diagrams, route and connect all cable connections as required, and adhere to company standards and procedures. This role involves using crimpers, screwdrivers, drills, laptops, digital multi-meters, label makers, and ladders, along with basic hand tools and material handling equipment. You'll also have the opportunity to utilize and learn LEAN practices, including Kaizen Events, A3 Documentation, 5S practices, and One Piece Flow.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $28.00/hr.
