This is more than just a job—it’s a chance to be part of a crew that builds with purpose, quality, and pride. **What You’ll Be Doing** + 🔧Assemble & Install: Bring vehicles to life by installing mechanical and electrical systems in trailers, vans, and RVs. + ⚡Power Up: Build and install power supplies, wiring harnesses, control switches, and more. + 🛠️Use Your Tools: Work with a full range of hand and power tools to get the job done right. + 📐Read & Execute: Interpret technical drawings, wiring schematics, and assembly instructions like a pro. + ✅Inspect & Perfect: Perform in-process quality checks to ensure everything runs smoothly and safely. **What You Bring to the Table** + 3+ years of hands-on experience in mechanical and electrical assembly. + The ability to assemble a power supply to a prefabricated unit reading a blueprint + Strong mechanical aptitude with a solid foundation in electrical systems + Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams. + Experience assembling power supplies or similar electrical systems is a big plus! + Background in construction, HVAC, service, carpentry, or electronics is highly valued. + OSHA certification?
