Make It With Pride.** As a member of the R&D team, you are recognized internally as the operational expert in key process unit operations. The overall objective for this position is to support the Local Jewels team to drive the Process Cheese productivity pipeline, streamlining portfolio complexity & efficiency at the Namur plant as well as commercial impact for Kitchen initiatives. **How you will contribute** With the support and guidance of your manager you will scope ideas, do planning, and executing bench-top and pilot plant / plant-scale trials to ensure new prototypes consistently match the standard product (functionality, taste, appearance etc). You will be responsible for conducting of shelf-life testing and supporting your peers with application tests. Good analytical and writing skills are important in this role because you will create technical reports that require the analysis and interpretation of results leading to conclusions and recommendations.
