Technician, Lead
Description: The Lead Technician will direct a team of technicians, overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met. The Lead Technician will troubleshoot complex technical issues, train junior staff, assign work, participate in interviewing candidates, and report to senior leadership. The Lead Technician will lead a team of technicians and report to the Operations Supervisor.What you will be responsible for: Supervises and mentors junior technicians, assigns daily tasks, and manages performance.Performs complex troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance on specialized equipment.Ensures compliance with safety regulations, inspects completed work, and maintains documentation.Identifies and resolves technical issues, reducing down time.Maintain thorough knowledge of all processes and equipment.Ensuring adherence to industry standards, regulations, and company policies.What you will need to be successful in this role: High School Diploma or GED.Minimum of five years of mechanical experience.
