Responsibilities:
Manages electronic digital evidence by converting CD images from original format into pdf format.
Researching ClearSight for appropriate claims and opening Walmart Evidence Repository (WER) attachments within ClearSight system
Uploading files, labeling and filing processed CDs and DVDs, transferring video files from the DVD to shared folder and setting tasks within ClearSight
Providing a description with instructions on where to view claim videos, selecting priority, category, and reminder date, and filing of processed CDs and DVDs for file retention storage
Coordinates with the appropriate entity, the pulling of physical evidence and discs from Walmart Record Retention and Conduent to fulfil customers requests
Processes File Retention Requests submitted by Adjusters and Third Party Administrators and sharing items via the cloud at the customer’s request

The hourly wage range for this position is $15.00-$23.00*
*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
