Responsibilities

Create, structure, and maintain user manuals, operating instructions, and technical documentation for products and systemsTranslate complex technical information into clear, user-friendly languageCollaborate closely with engineering, product management, and quality assurance teams to gather accurate contentEnsure documentation complies with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and industry guidelinesUpdate and revise manuals based on product changes, customer feedback, and new releasesManage documentation version control and ensure consistency across all materialsSupport localization processes and coordinate translations when required

Requirements

Technical Collage (HTL) or bachelor’s degreeBackground in Technical Communication, Engineering, Linguistics, or a related fieldExperience in technical writing or user documentationAbility to understand technical concepts and explain them clearly to non-technical usersExperience with documentation tools, content management systems, or authoring softwareStrong attention to detail and structured working styleAbility to manage multiple documentation projects simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English

We offer a role specific compensation and a competitive salary and fringe benefit package reflecting your profile and experience.In Austria we are required to state the minimum pay. For this position, the annual compensation package starts at € 55.000.
