Technical Writer – Job Description Location - São Paulo, Brazil - Remote

As a Technical Writer, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our customers understand and use our software products. You’ll transform complex technical concepts into clear, accessible content that empowers users and supports successful product adoption. This is a high-impact position where you’ll collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Support teams and help evolve our documentation practices as we grow.   We’re looking for someone who is curious, detail‑oriented, and excited about improving the user experience through excellent communication. If you enjoy translating technical details into content that feels simple, intuitive, and helpful—this role is for you.

 

What You’ll Do?

Create and maintain high‑quality documentation, including online help, user guides, API docs, and release notes for both technical and business audiences. Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Support, and Professional Services to understand product features and user needs. Translate design specifications and technical information into clear, user‑focused content. Follow established standards for technical writing, and contribute to improving them over time. Plan, write, review, and publish multiple deliverables in alignment with release timelines. Proactively identify documentation gaps, propose solutions, and implement improvements. Stay up to date on assigned products and the tools and technologies used in our authoring environment. Support team initiatives that elevate our content strategy and documentation quality. Assist with documentation for additional product lines when needed.

What You Bring? Must‑Have Qualifications:

Experience creating product documentation for software, SaaS, or technical platforms. Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, organized, accessible content. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail. Familiarity with documentation tools, content management systems, or structured authoring environments. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with limited supervision. Strong collaboration skills and comfort partnering with engineers, PMs, and cross‑functional teams.

Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications: 

Experience with API documentation or developer-focused content. Knowledge of UX writing principles or user-centered design. Ability to contribute to documentation standards and process improvements. Background with tools such as Markdown, XML/DITA, Git, or similar.
