Our client, a leader in technical education and workforce development, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Technical Training Lab Builder to join their dynamic team. As a Technical Training Lab Builder, you will play a vital role in constructing and maintaining state-of-the-art training environments that support both instructors and students. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, aligning seamlessly with the organization’s commitment to excellence and safety.

**Shift:**
**What's the Job?**
+ Construct and assemble technical training labs according to blueprints, diagrams, and technical instructions.
+ Maintain and repair existing training environments, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
+ Assist with facility administration tasks to ensure a safe and efficient training space.
+ Work collaboratively with instructors and team members to support training activities.
+ Adhere to all safety protocols and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) consistently and properly.
**What's Needed?**
+ Proficiency in using a variety of hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, hammers, and tape measures.
+ Ability to operate power tools including drills, saws, impact drivers, and grinders safely and effectively.
+ Physical ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
+ Comfort working at heights using ladders and elevated platforms.
+ Basic understanding of mechanical or electrical assembly principles, with the ability to interpret technical diagrams and blueprints.
