Our client, a leading telecommunications organization, is seeking a Technical Trainer Facilitator to join their team. As a Technical Trainer Facilitator, you will be part of the Training Department supporting the technical onboarding and skill development of new employees. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for teaching, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Technical Trainer Facilitator
**Location: Hilliard, OH (Onsite)**
**What's the Job?**
+ Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions on fiber optic internet installation techniques
+ Demonstrate proper use of equipment such as Optical Network Terminals, routers, modems, and fiber cables
+ Coach students on correct installation and troubleshooting procedures
+ Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to improve skills
+ Support adult learning principles to ensure effective knowledge transfer
**What's Needed?**
+ Understanding of adult learning concepts and facilitation skills
+ Effective verbal communication skills
+ Ability to deliver training both in person and virtually
+ Proficiency with computers or tablets used for training access and documentation
