\n\t\t\t\t\tDoorDash is looking for an Integrations Technical Specialist to assist our Restaurant Integrations team in certifying, launching, and supporting merchant integrations.\n\nResposibilities\nYou will be responsible for conducting both live and offline reviews of integrations that our external partners have built against our various APIs.\nYou will evaluate whether each integration meets our technical requirements or whether changes/additions should be made by the partner, and will document and communicate feedback accordingly.\nFor partners that meet our requirements and are certified, you will be responsible for configuring runtime variables and other internal settings to ensure they are ready for launch.\nYou will collaborate with the Restaurant Integrations team to update the certification process for scale and train future Integrations Technical Specialists on the process.\nYou will assist in triaging and addressing technical issues raised by partners and escalated by our support team.\nYou will support the Restaurant Integrations team with additional projects and tasks related to the maintenance of partner integrations, e.g. aggregating integrations data, data entry, writing technical documentation, etc.

\n\t\t\t\t\tRequired Skills & Qualifications:\nYou have 2+ years of experience (required)\nYou have experience with APIs (required)\nYou have strong experience working directly with external partners/clients to share information and resolve issues (required)\nYou have strong written and verbal communication skills (required)\nYou are comfortable working with both technical (e.g. engineers, product managers) and non-technical audiences (e.g. business leads) (required)\nYou have basic experience with GitHub or other software development tools, e.g. editing runtimes (required; note that coding experience is not necessary)\nYou have experience working with large data sets to triage issues (strong plus, not a blocker) \nYou have SQL experience (strong plus, not a blocker) \nYou have experience with technical writing (strong plus, not a blocker) \nYou have a Bachelor’s Degree (preferred, not a blocker)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00/hr.
