Position Summary

We are looking for a new Technical Support Engineer to join our AC Presales team!

Role and Responsibilities

Technical support for questions in the design and sales phaseCreating sales arguments for the Samsung AC portfolioCreation and execution of technical presentationsSystem updates regarding the project phaseHigh level of knowledge of own and competitor HVAC equipmentSupporting customers by providing the best solutions to their requirementsEntering and updating BO and Spec in projectsTechnical comparison with competitorsChanging competitor equipment in tendersSupporting marketing with rechecking literature tech specsCreating a database of potential projects on the market and following up

Skills and Qualifications

Minimum University degree in Mechanical Engineering2 years in a similar positionBilingual (Croatian and English) – Advanced knowledge of English in communication and writingGood knowledge of IT systems (MS Office, AutoCAD)Technical knowledge of DX and water solutions - HVACDesign knowledgeProduct presentation skills and creation of the sameCommunication skillsExcellent organization and time management skillsAbility to multitaskAccurate
