We are looking for a new Technical Support Engineer to join our AC Presales team!Role and Responsibilities
Technical support for questions in the design and sales phaseCreating sales arguments for the Samsung AC portfolioCreation and execution of technical presentationsSystem updates regarding the project phaseHigh level of knowledge of own and competitor HVAC equipmentSupporting customers by providing the best solutions to their requirementsEntering and updating BO and Spec in projectsTechnical comparison with competitorsChanging competitor equipment in tendersSupporting marketing with rechecking literature tech specsCreating a database of potential projects on the market and following upSkills and Qualifications
