Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide technical assistance to internal and external customers and ensure timely and cost-effective support in accordance with standard processes and guidelines. Each day, you will support more complex technical support cases. You will also showcase your expertise by contributing to customer satisfaction by executing support work according to customer expectations.

The work model for the role is: onsite

This role is contributing to the Motors and generators Business Line Unit China of MOSE in China. Main stakeholders are MOSE

You will be mainly accountable for:Identifying opportunities (while supporting customers) to address any additional concerns and reporting those opportunities to the account team through local business processes.Categorizing technical issues and analyzing them through communication with customers and remote connections to assets for a large range of services and products for which they are certified to perform.Preparing all documents and customer reports to be acknowledged by the customer representative.Recognizing improvement needs in the ways of working and potential solutions for them and the products in question and driving improvement actions in their own area of responsibility.

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or related fields, with over years of experience in quality or technical functions within industrial organizations.Prior experience in customer quality management will be highly preferredExcellent communication and coordination skillsProfound knowledge of quality tools and methodologiesFluent in Chinese and English, with strong written and verbal communication capabilities
