About the Role:
As a CBRE Technical Supervisor, you will lead a team thatsupports senior technical business leaders through administrative coordination,process improvement, and financial oversight. This role combines leadership andtechnical expertise to ensure preventive maintenance, repairs, and operationalexcellence across equipment and systems. You’ll act as a key liaison, drivingefficiency, resolving priorities, and modeling CBRE’s RISE values while guidingyour team toward innovative solutions.
This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Servicesjob function. They are responsible for providing support, preventivemaintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
What You’ll Do:
· Act as a liaison between technical business leaders,facilities managers, and other internal and external clients to forecastworkload demand and project work.
· Manage, plan, coordinate, schedule, and oversee theworkload, deadlines, and day-to-day activities of the support team members toensure effective delivery of services.
· Work with business leaders to resolve conflictingpriorities.
· Coordinate and supervise the team's daily activities.
· Apply advanced knowledge to seek and develop new, bettermethods for accomplishing both individual and department objectives.
· Showcase expertise in own job subject area and in-depthknowledge of other job fields within the organization function.
· Coach others to develop in-depth knowledge and expertisein most or all areas within the function.
· Lead by example and model behaviors that align with CBRERISE values.
· Anticipate potential objections and persuades others,often at senior levels and of divergent interest, to adopt a different point ofview.
· Impact the achievement of customer, operational, project,or service objectives across multi-discipline teams. Work is guided byfunctional policies which impact the design of procedures and policies.
· Contribute to new products, processes, standards, and/oroperational plans in support of achieving functional goals.
· Communicate difficult and complex ideas with the abilityto influence.
What You’ll Need:
· High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma orequivalent experience with 5-8 years of job-related experience. Prior shiftleader or supervisory experience preferred.
· Meet the physical requirements of this role includingstooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability tolift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
· The innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyondexisting solutions.
· Ability to solve unique problems using standard andinnovative solutions having a broad impact on the business.
· Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and experiencemanaging work orders in a CMMS
· Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitiveattitude.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Technical Supervisor position is $85,000 annually or $40.68 per hour and the maximum salary for the Technical Supervisor position is $85,000 annually or $40.68 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
