**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Technical Sr., you will be responsible for engineering operations and the direction of technicians, vendors, and subcontractors.
This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ **Maintenance and Repair** : Oversee the maintenance and repair of buildings, equipment, and systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
+ **Team Management:** Supervise and manage a team of technicians, including assigning tasks, providing training, and evaluating performance.
+ **Budgeting and Cost Control:** Manage budgets and costs associated with maintenance and repair activities.
+ **Quality Control** : Ensure that all maintenance and repair activities meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
+ **Communication** : Communicate with facilities staff, management, and external contractors to ensure smooth operations and resolve issues.
+ **Safety** : Ensure a safe working environment for technicians and building occupants.
+ **Reporting:** Prepare and submit reports on maintenance and repair activities, including costs and performance metrics.

**About you:**
+ Bachelor's Degree or Vocational Graduate of any course related to Facilities Management or Engineering
+ NCII Certificate required
+ At least 3 years of experience in Facilities Management, Engineering/Maintenance
+ Has strong technical knowledge of building systems and facilities equipment
+ Leadership and management experience
+ Amenable to work on a shifting schedule, 6 days a week, weekends/ holidays
+ Can start ASAP
