We are seeking multiple sourcing recruiters to support recruiting efforts on our team. This role focuses primarily on top-of-funnel sourcing and requires a metrics-driven individual who can deliver high output.

ResponsibilitiesEngage qualified candidates for a variety of technical and non-technical roles using multiple sourcing techniques.Partner with key stakeholders to build and implement effective recruiting strategies.Communicate sourcing strategies to recruiting leaders verbally and in writing, utilizing data, deliverables and timelinesWork with candidates through the interview process at a quick pace to create a great candidate experience.Develop and implement existing processes for efficiency and maximum return on investment, while maintaining client and candidate experience as the top priority.

Essential Skills

Experience in technical sourcing, ideally between 1-3 years.Proficiency in using ATS systems.Strong recruiting skills with a focus on metrics-driven approaches.Bachelors degreeAdditional Skills & QualificationsWillingness to learn technical aspects if coming from a non-technical background.Demonstrated ability to be a go-getter and proactive in sourcing efforts.
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $37.00/hr.
