Job Title: Technical Sourcer
Job Description

This role involves sourcing top-of-funnel passive candidates to support SDE/General tech roles within the team. You will be part of a market intelligence team focusing on technical positions such as Software Development Engineers (SDE) and Technical Product Managers (PM). Every quarter, the profiles you work on will rotate, ensuring a dynamic and engaging work environment.

ResponsibilitiesSource top-of-funnel passive candidates for SDE/General tech roles.Collaborate with team members to transition candidates for further recruitment stages.Conduct market intelligence to identify and engage potential candidates.Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms effectively.Manage ATS or CRM systems to track candidate progress.Essential SkillsBachelor's degree in any field.Minimum 5 years of experience in technical recruiting.Proficiency in candidate screening and technical sourcing.Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.Familiarity with ATS or CRM systems.Additional Skills & QualificationsStrong talent acquisition and recruiting skills.Ability to adapt to changing technical roles each quarter.Work Environment

The position is 100% onsite in Nashville, requiring comfort with paying for parking or using public transportation.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $37.00 - $37.00/hr.
