You will manage on-site technical teams, ensuring smooth facility operations, financial accountability, and regional technical support. Your focus will be on delivering outstanding service, ensuring compliance, and fostering continuous improvement.** **What You Will Do:** • Manage Technical Services, including on-site technical teams and subcontractors. • Provide technical support and collaborate across locations, ensuring consistent standards. • Manage and adhere to the established budget. • Ensure QHSE compliance, incident reporting, and safety protocols. • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. • Oversee day-to-day operations, including CMMS system management and asset lifecycle planning. • Drive the delivery of KPIs and SLAs, related to your area of responsibility, for the region. • Lead, mentor, and develop your technical team across Poland. • Manage supplier performance, ensuring adherence to SLAs. • Oversee financial processes, including budget planning, variance reporting, and cost control. • Contribute to technical aspects of projects and drive continuous improvement initiatives. • Regularly visit 9 client offices across Poland. **What You Will Need:** • Proven experience on the similar role in Technical Services Management/Facility Management. • Strong technical knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and operations. • Fluency in both Polish and English (written and verbal). • Leadership and experience managing a technical team. • Financial acumen, including budgeting and financial reporting. • Knowledge of QHSE regulations and compliance procedures. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. • Client-driven approach. • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. • Experience with CMMS systems. **What We Offer:** **• A hybrid role based in Warszawa/Krakow.
