**Who will you be working with?**
Reporting to the APAC Delivery Manager, Digital Mine, the Technical Services Lead plays a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects, services, and technical solutions across Western Australia. This role is responsible for ensuring service delivery aligns with organisational objectives while meeting the unique operational and regulatory requirements of the local mining market.
As a Technical Services Lead, you will oversee technical operations, ensure high service quality, and drive efficiency across delivery teams. You will provide leadership, manage stakeholders, resolve complex technical issues, and continuously improve processes to enhance operational performance.
This role is ideal for a professional with strong technical expertise, a strategic mindset, and a passion for leading teams in a dynamic mining environment.

**What will your typical day look like?**
+ **Technical Leadership:** Provide technical guidance and leadership, ensuring best practices and high-quality service delivery.
+ **Project Management:** Oversee technical projects and field activities, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
+ **Customer Support & Engagement:** Act as a key point of contact for customers, managing technical enquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong client relationships.
+ **Process Improvement:** Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and implement best-practice systems and processes.
+ **Compliance & Safety:** Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and applicable Australian safety standards.
+ **Training & Development:** Mentor and develop technical staff to strengthen capability, performance, and safety awareness.
+ **Reporting & Performance Monitoring:** Track service metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to support continuous improvement.
**What do we want to know about you?**
+ Strong leadership, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
+ Proven experience managing technical services or field-based delivery teams, ideally in mining, engineering, or industrial environments.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
+ Strong troubleshooting, system analysis, and technical problem-solving skills
+ Fluent in English (written and verbal).
+ This role requires the ability to manage geographically dispersed teams and navigate the complexities of regional service delivery in Western Australia.
+ You may be required to undertake additional duties outside your primary function; appropriate training will be provided where necessary.
