Our client, a premier manufacturer of work truck attachments and equipment is seeking a Technical Service Representative to join their team. As a Technical Service Representative, you will be part of the Service Department supporting their customers. The ideal candidate will have a willingness to learn, be a team player and have great communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title: Technical Service Representative**
**Location: Milwaukee, WI**
**Pay Range: $50k to $77K**
**What’s the Job?**
+ Answer telephone calls and emails from customers concerning products and complaints.
+ Administer RMA claims in the warranty program.
+ Assist in the development/improvement of training materials, product displays, training aids and presentations.
+ Install, service and maintain products on demo vehicles.
+ Provide sales, advertising and marketing department with support for sales events requiring assembly of presentation of product
**What’s Needed?**
+ Associates degree or equivalent from a junior college or technical school.
+ Experience in 12V electrical systems and hydraulics.
+ Great communication skills both verbally and written.
+ Experience reading detailed schematics.
+ Customer service experience.
+ Have or have the ability to obtain a US Passport and DOT Medical Card.
