We are searching for the best talent for a **Technical Service Product Leader** role for our **Yokneam** site.
**About the Role** :
The Technical Service Product Leader plays a pivotal role in ensuring Technical Service interests are represented across all project phases. This position requires active cross-functional collaboration with R&D, QA, and project management teams, while maintaining strict adherence to compliance and regulatory standards.
+ **Project Representation:** Represent Technical Service interests throughout all project phases at Haifa Technology Center (HTC).
+ **Service Requirements:** Define service requirements and procedures in the Product Requirements Document (PRD) for new products.
+ **Deliverables Management:** Manage Technical Service deliverables for R&D projects. Provide required documentation and support to R&D teams.
+ **Field Feedback:** Gather and analyze feedback from Field Service Engineers on new product performance and serviceability.
+ **Documentation Improvement:** Regularly review and update service manuals based on field feedback and product changes.
+ **Collaboration:** Work with R&D, QA, OPMs, and PMs to integrate service requirements and enhance serviceability for J&J MedTech products.
+ **Communication:** Maintain weekly updates. Ensure effective communication with Field Service Engineers and provide timely responses to project issues.
+ **ECO Evaluation:** Evaluate and approve Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) as the Service Subject Matter Expert. Send ECO notifications to the global Technical Service organization.
**Job Requirements:**
+ Electronic/Bio-Medical Engineer/Practical Engineer. Other Engineering fields can be applicable with relevant experience.
+ 3 years of experience in a similar position in a high-tech / MedTech company
+ Good Technical English – required
+ Ability to work in stressful/fast-paced environment
+ Analytical/Problem Solving Skills
