We are looking for a Hybrid CTS (Commercial Technical Service) to join the Grifols Diagnostics’ Commercial Technical Services (DxCTS) team in Malaysia.
As a Hybrid CTS, you will be a key player in providing high‑quality service and technical support to both distributors and customers. You will act as a central link between clients, distributor teams, and Grifols internal teams, ensuring smooth coordination, timely issue resolution, and a strong technical presence in the region.
This is a field‑based role, requiring frequent travel within Malaysia.
What your main responsibilities will be
You will have the opportunity to:
Deliver high-quality first-line technical support: Provide timely on-site service, technical assistance, troubleshooting, and user support to customers and distributors. Manage and close service work orders accurately: Ensure full compliance with DxCTS SOPs, maintaining proper documentation and timely completion of service activities. Support distributor teams with advanced (1.5-level) technical expertise: Act as the technical backbone for distributor service teams, enabling them to resolve more complex issues and strengthening their troubleshooting capabilities. Facilitate communication and coordination across teams: Gather critical technical information, communicate efficiently with internal stakeholders, and prepare regular reports, data analyses, and regional updates. Lead training and data-driven improvements: Conduct structured training sessions, create technical reference materials, perform service data analysis, and support continuous improvement of technical operations.
Who you are
You have a Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. You have minimum 5 years’ experience in repairing, maintaining, and troubleshooting medical devices, IVD instruments preferred. Experience in Molecular Diagnostics or Immunohematology is preferred. You possess organizational, communication and documentation skills. You can also work in cross-functional teams and under pressure. You can speak English in an intermediate level.
