**Our client** , a leading provider in the technology industry, is seeking a **Technical Security Services Manager** to join their team. This role is part of the **Customer Experience Organization** , supporting the **Software Support Service team** . The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, deep technical expertise in security infrastructure, and a customer-first mindset to drive success across enterprise engagements.
**Job Title:** **Technical Security Services Manager**
**Location:** Remote (EST & CST preferred); RTP or Dallas area candidates may be required to go onsite 1x/week
**Pay Range:** $50-55 per hour W2
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Lead technical onboarding, implementation, and optimization of **Cisco Secure Firewall** products
+ Troubleshoot complex configurations, performance issues, and connectivity challenges
+ Drive customer success through proactive engagement and escalation support
+ Collaborate cross-functionally to improve product adoption and satisfaction
+ Develop and share technical documentation, simulations, and training materials
**What You Bring:**
+ 3–5 years of experience with **security products** (designing, deploying, configuring, supporting)
+ 2+ years of **customer-facing support or consulting** experience
+ Strong knowledge of **NGFW, IDS/IPS, ACLs, NAT** , and **threat intelligence**
+ Deep understanding of **IPSEC, SSL, cryptography** , and **network protocols**
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; **CCNP, CCIE, CISSP** certifications are a plus
