WHAT YOU’LL DO
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Domain Architect to drive technical excellence in our SAP Platform Engineering team. As a Technical Domain Architect, you will drive technical initiatives, architecture design, guardrails and guidelines, innovation activities and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions across H&M SAP landscape.
You will also oversee the technical direction of projects, mentor team members, and ensure best practices in software development. You will play a crucial role in building H&M clean core architecture & methodology. The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience in technical leadership, a deep understanding of software development, a commitment to continuous improvement and strong sense of sharing knowledge towards others.
In addition to the above, your role will involve:
Leading and overseeing software projects by collaborating closely with Product Managers, Business Experts, and stakeholders to define technical requirementsProviding technical architecture and development guidance and mentoring team members, ensuring high-quality, efficient code and adherence to best practices Design and ensure implementation of scalable, reliable software solutions that meet project and quality standards, lead architecture design reviews with constructive feedback to drive continuous code quality improvements, and proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues to optimize performance and reliability when neededStaying informed on emerging technologies and trends, proposing innovative solutions and improvements for the teamDeveloping and maintaining comprehensive documentation of software designs, technical specifications, and processesFostering a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the teamWHO YOU ARE

12 -15 years of experience in SAP solutions - design and developmentDegree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related fieldExperience in leading and mentoring development teamsStrong experience in SAP ABAP Development, object-oriented ABAP along with design patterns, Code Push Down, CDS, HANA ModellingStrong experience in SAP BTP Architecture, Architect composable Event and API based solutions with BTP and on-premises systemsExperience in Clean Core Implementation, Application Extension Methodology, 3-Tier Extensibility ModelStrong Experience in ABAP CDS and AMDPs for effective data modelling and database management, combined with expertise in SAP BTP RAP (RESTful ABAP) and SAP BTP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) for seamless integrations and event-driven architectures such as Event Mesh and API ManagementKnowledge on UI/Fiori would be an added advantageProficiency in unit testing with ABAP Unit and conducting code reviews for maintainable and high-quality code and performance optimizationAnd people who are…
