What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Technical SAP Business Analyst working close to one of our main clients in banking sector. 

 

Main tasks and accountabilities will be:

This role is responsible for evaluating, implementing, and optimizing technology solutions to enhance and streamline the procurement function within the organization. This role involves analyzing business processes, identifying technology needs, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive efficiency and cost savings. As part of the introduction of the Looking ahead ecosystem of SAP components there is a number of activities that T&O UK will support locally to provide a personalized service for CFO, including keeping the system operational, user management, incident resolution and consultation. This role also involves the coordination of the SAP Tech Support BAU Team who is involved in day to day management of all of the BAU incidents, developments and enhancements for Looking ahead and TPRM and to include full management of the SUK CIO team. Ensure procurement technology solutions comply with relevant regulations, technology strategy and security standards. Research and assess procurement software and tools to determine their suitability for the organization's needs. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and manage expectations within the Procurement business. Work closely with Headquarters Global teams. Provide training and support to procurement teams and end-users on the use of procurement technology solutions. Gather and document business requirements related to procurement processes and technology needs. Identify areas for process improvement and automation within the procurement function. Analyze procurement data to identify trends, performance metrics, and areas for improvement. Create and maintain documentation of procurement processes, technology configurations, and user guides. Assist in managing the change process when implementing new procurement technologies to ensure smooth transitions. Generate reports and dashboards to monitor procurement KPIs and provide insights to management. Collaborate with technology vendors to understand product capabilities, negotiate contracts, and ensure successful implementations. 

What UST expects from you?

Years of experience: 6+ years in SAP. Qualifications: University degree in technology, preferably in computer science. Experienced in Incident management and resolution & SAP S4HANA proficiency & Ariba expertise  Proven experience in procurement, supply chain management, or technical business analysis. Familiarity with procurement software and technology solutions. Experience with SAP Ariba (SLP, Sourcing, Contracts, Guided buying, Catalogues, P2P, Business network) Experience with S4 Hana (SAP MM, SAP MM FI) Experience with Concur, Workday, Fieldglass & SAC (Reporting) Knowledge of procurement best practices and industry trends. Good english level (C1) you will be working with international teams.

100% remote within Spain. 

 

Work schedule

Business Hours. No intensive working days for friday or summer.
