Job Description:

Working Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam Working Time: Monday - Friday RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate projects involving the procurement, conceptualization, technical planning, and computational analysis of initiatives primarily focused on constructing drainage and sanitation systems in buildings. Provide technical assistance to sales teams, distribution partners, and customers to meet market demand. Collaborate closely with the designated Sales Manager to offer necessary technical support. Organize and conduct sales-focused and technical training sessions for representative partners and their clientele. Ensure on-site visits and provide post-sales assistance. Develop expertise in the technical aspects of the market and support the sales of piping, sanitary, and bathroom systems. Conduct market research and analysis to formulate recommendations for the market strategy. Assist in determining product assortments tailored to specific countries. Facilitate the launch and presentation of new products. Utilize CRM for all sales-related tasks, including planning customer visits, maintaining contact reports, and managing project information. This role is responsible for overseeing activities in the Vietnamese market. REQUIREMENTS Background: Engineering Degree/Diploma Knowledge of building industry and/or plumbing/sanitary industry Fluent in English written and verbal, able to speak and write local language 3-5 years working experience in plumbing/sanitary field, relationships to contractors and consultants Experience on construction sites, hands on, supervision and inspections MS office, CAD (AutoCAD/Revit) application knowledge Personal capacities (flexibility, technical skills, appearance, trustworthy) Moderation and presentation skills Persistent and resilient Constant willingness to learn Team player & social competence.
