The technical review specialist is responsible for ensuring high quality in our commissioning and qualification documents that we deliver to customers globally. You will work together with other technical review specialists, our lifecycle management team, our technical experts in this cross functional role. You will be part of the Qualification Services Operations team that manages order planning, binder authoring, technical review, quality, project management, commercial support as well as distributing our binders. The Qualification Services team are responsible for providing high quality documentation for customers of Cytiva , delivering over 6000 Commissioning and qualification binders yearly to support our customers . The qualification services team has been growing rapidly over the past 10 years and is now a crucial element of the Cytiva portfolio and is closely involved in many strategic projects working with every Cytiva manufacturing group around the globe. This position reports to the Qualification Service Operations Leader and is part of the Qualification Services Operations team located in Uppsala, Sweden and will be an on-site role. What you will do: + Support technical review of customer binders across the qualification services portfolio + Create and maintain SOPs as needed covering internal technical review processes. + Be part of our New Product Development process including participation in meetings, collaborating with other pillars within Qualification Services and meeting deadlines for new product releases. + Attend regular custom order and technical review planning meetings. + Support the broader Qualification Services team in customer facing projects. + Work closely with Qualification Services technical authors to ensure high standard & quality of custom documentation intended for qualifying Cytiva products. + Collaborate with technical review specialists to ensure reviews are done in a timely manner Who you are: + Bachelor's degree in science , Engineering or related area with relevant work experience. + Have work experience in a similar position + Works in a systematic and structured way. + Experience of working in a global environment. + Fluent in spoken and written English + Experienced user of Microsoft Office products + Team player who works well in a team environment + Preferred experience: + Background as technical writer + Experience working in Life Science + Experience from Quality positions When you join us, you’ll also be joining Danaher’s global organization, where 69,000 people wake up every day determined to help our customers win.
