Job Description

Technical Representative, IT Operations is an entry level position that provides end-user support across the organization's desktop, network, telephony, and application(s) environment. The candidate will maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair/replace/upgrade computer systems, hardware, software, and computer peripherals.

Technical Representative, IT Operations will oversee new training and production set up, IT assets Inventory, and Organize and keep updated IT Assets inventory on Storage Room and production.

Will Report to IT Local Supervisor

 

Requirements:

 

Diploma in Computer Science or any related career (Highly Desirable).

75%+ English Level

Experiencia en Inventarios y Bodegas

Availability to work in rotating schedules, weekends and different site locations

At least 6 months of experience in Inventory, asset management, basic IT support

Knowledge in management of Windows & Mac OS network configuration.

Knowledge in PC Maintenance and Repair.

Basic troubleshooting and Active Directory Experience

Experience working in a BPO environment (Desirable).

Availability to rotate between sites
