We are hiring for several onsite Technical Recruiters for a well-known tech. company! Onsite in Herndon, VA.
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our team. This role involves recruiting, interviewing, checking references, making offers, and conducting orientation for new employees. You will also perform exit interviews and process changes in employee status. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 1-2 years of experience. You should be familiar with commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures in the field, and be able to rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform your functions. You will work under immediate supervision and typically report to a supervisor or manager.
Responsibilities:
+ Conduct recruiting and interviewing processes.
+ Check references and make offers to candidates.
+ Perform orientation for new employees and exit interviews for departing ones.
+ Process changes in employee status.
+ Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the needs of the team.
+ Engage in individual conversations with candidates to source talent.
+ Build and execute recruitment plans.
+ Reach out to candidates through various channels.
+ Share learnings and contribute to a fun and engaging team environment.
Essential Skills:
+ Technical sourcing and recruitment.
+ Talent acquisition and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
+ 1-2 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in a high-volume environment.
+ Goal-driven mindset and understanding of a target-oriented work culture.
+ Experience in recruiting within the tech industry.
+ Experience with technical SDE recruiting is preferred.
+ Experience with Boolean searches is a plus.
Work Environment:
The work environment is collaborative, with opportunities for individual desk time. Team members engage in dialogues and conversations with candidates and hiring managers. The atmosphere is fun and accepting of shared learnings. Training involves a 45-day ramp-up period, during which different tasks and engagement activities will be certified based on past experience.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $36.00/hr.
