Job Title: Technical RecruiterJob Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Technical Recruiter to lead the full life cycle recruitment process for internal corporate IT positions. This role involves a strategic partnership with hiring managers to understand role requirements and to provide guidance on internal processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.

ResponsibilitiesLead full life cycle recruitment for internal corporate IT positions, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process.Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, qualify requisitions, and provide training and guidance on iCIMS and internal hiring processes.Advise hiring managers on talent availability, feasibility of hire, and market trends, offering strategic recommendations and solutions.Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to attract both active and passive IT talent.Source candidates through job boards, professional networks, social platforms, referrals, and other recruiting channels.Build and maintain strong relationships across the IT organization and broader business to anticipate hiring needs and pipeline talent.Facilitate the offer process, including obtaining approvals, extending offers, and negotiating compensation within established guidelines.Manage pre-employment processes such as reference checks, background checks, I-9 verification, and onboarding documentation.Ensure accurate and timely data entry in iCIMS and maintain compliance with all HR, legal, and regulatory requirements.Track and report recruiting metrics to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.Maintain strict confidentiality regarding compensation, candidate information, and sensitive business matters.Support internal mobility processes, ensuring promotions and job changes align with company policies and diversity commitments.Conduct referral tracking in accordance with the Refer A Friend program.Essential SkillsProven IT recruiting experience of 3–5 years, either in-house or within an agency/search firm.Expertise in technical recruiting, IT recruiting, and talent acquisition.Proficiency in iCIMS and other applicant tracking systems.Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with hiring managers.Knowledge of HR, legal, and regulatory compliance.Additional Skills & QualificationsDegree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; equivalent work experience will be considered.Experience in scheduling, coordinating, and customer service.Familiarity with job boards and vendor relationship management.Work Environment

This position offers a hybrid work environment with 3 days on-site and 2 days remote. The role requires collaboration with various teams and offers flexibility to manage both remote and in-office responsibilities effectively.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Hanover, MD.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
