Recruiter - Fully Onsite position 
Direct Hire in Richmond Hill, GA
Starting Salary $60-65K based on experience
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm  Fully Onsite Role
Manpower is partnering with a top manufacturer local to Richmond Hill with hiring a full time Recruiter! This is an exciting role that will keep you busy! We are seeking an energetic, motivated individual who is bringing prior experience in recruitment and talent acquisition within the manufacturing industry. You will be doing full-cycle recruitment role with a primary focus on managing the entire talent acquisition process to attract and hire top talent for key positions in Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, I.T., etc.  
Key Responsibilities Include:

Partnering with hiring managers to define staffing needs Developing sourcing and diversity strategies Screening and assessing candidates Managing the interview process, negotiating offers, and acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders on talent-related strategies and processes Drive a positive and engaging experience for candidates throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring timely communication and efficient processes Negotiate job offers and close candidates Stay informed about market trends, peer organizations, and best practices to influence talent acquisition strategies
