Job Title: Technical Recruiter Job Description This position involves a full cycle recruitment process focusing on engineering and technical roles. The role includes conducting intake meetings with managers, providing weekly updates, scheduling interviews, negotiating offers with candidates, offering positions, submitting information into Workday, and assisting with onboarding. Responsibilities + Conduct intake meetings with managers to understand staffing needs. + Maintain weekly touchpoint meetings with managers to provide recruitment updates. + Schedule and coordinate interviews with potential candidates. + Negotiate offers with candidates and extend job offers. + Enter candidate information into Workday. + Assist with onboarding new hires. Essential Skills + 5+ or 10+ years of full cycle recruitment experience. + Proven experience in recruiting engineering skillsets. + Strong attention to detail. + Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, specifically Workday is preferred. Work Environment The position offers a hybrid work environment, requiring four days per week onsite and one day working from home, with flexibility on which day is selected. Work hours are Monday to Friday, with options to work either 8 AM to 4 PM or 9 AM to 5 PM. The company is experiencing growth with plans to hire 200 positions by the end of the year. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Rockville, Maryland. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $90.00/hr.
