Job Description

Join an innovative metal 3D printing startup as a Sr Technical Recruiter, where you'll be pivotal in building a team dedicated to revolutionizing manufacturing. With a focus on autonomous and scalable systems, this role offers high visibility and leadership opportunities as we expand globally.

ResponsibilitiesProvide a high-touch experience throughout the recruiting process, maintaining an active pipeline for critical, hard-to-fill technical positions.Conduct full cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, managing candidate debriefs, and extending offers.Collaborate with company leadership to discuss headcount, new requisitions, hiring strategies, and interview feedback.Mentor other recruiters within the team.Develop and scale talent acquisition functions, focusing on candidate experience, diversity and inclusion, intern/university recruiting, and onboarding.Analyze data, track metrics, and innovate methods to enhance talent hiring processes.Essential SkillsBachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional recruiting experience.6+ years of technical recruiting experience.At least 1 year of in-house recruiting experience.Proven ability to work legally in the United States.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in Technical Engineering Recruiting.Ability to provide legal proof of identity and authorization to work in the United States.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $135000.00/yr.

We are located in Hawthorne in a 20,000 square foot, state of the art facility featuring large open spaces for team collaboration, R&D, and production, as well as easy access to the 405, 105, and 110 freeways. Our facility is in the heart of LA’s vibrant emerging tech eco-system alongside many other high growth start-ups and enterprises.
