Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join their team. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be part of the IT department supporting infrastructure delivery and contact center operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Technical Project Manager (Pennington or Charlotte)
**Location:** Pennington, NJ
**What's the Job?**
+ Lead large-scale projects or multiple initiatives with significant impact on business operations.
+ Support infrastructure delivery needs within the Contact Center line of business in a TPM role.
+ Work independently with limited supervision, focusing on end results and project outcomes.
+ Provide strategic and tactical direction, planning, and leadership for IT projects.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact and escalation for resolving complex issues and service requests.
**What's Needed?**
+ Minimum of 5 years experience in a Contact Center Technology environment.
+ Proficiency in managing complex projects and programs, including developing project plans and budgets.
+ Strong understanding of infrastructure systems and solutions used within banking or financial institutions.
+ Experience delivering infrastructure technology projects successfully.
+ Possession of PMP certification is preferred.
