The CCB Engineering Tools & Productivity (ET&P) is focused on improving the experience of the 16,000+ engineers across our CCB technology organization. We do that by creating automated capabilities and tools that make it easier on our colleagues to test, secure, and deploy their applications. Those automation capabilities include the adoption of AI where throughout our capabilities.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure timely and successful delivery of technology projects and programs.Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing risk management strategies to minimize impact on project or program outcomes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software development, quality assurance, and business stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.Utilize technical fluency to evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, platforms, and vendor products for project implementation.Monitor project progress, adjusting plans and schedules as needed, and providing regular status updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication throughout the project or program lifecycle.Enable code deployment in under an hour for everyone apart of the program that is known widely as TrueCD.Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities.Proven experience leading through the project lifecycle management, including influencing decision makers and adapting to changes as business needs evolve.Strong technical fluency, with familiarity in current and relevant platforms, software tools, and technologies.Proficient in stakeholder management, with a track record of establishing productive working relationships and driving mutually beneficial outcomes.Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsAble to understand and explain the connection between the capabilities being created and the value they provide. Product construct familiarity to work with the CCB ET&P product teams to create adoption plans so we can ensure advancement of our capabilities.Project Management experience to oversee those adoption plans, work with customers to tackle blockers and escalated when necessary.Communication skill to work with senior leaders in ET&P to provide feedback on how adoption is going – continuously shaping our product plan. Will include helping manage review of skills.Manage smart senior leaders with large personalities to ensure our ET&P strategy aligns with the finance/headcount expectations.
