Technical Project Manager III- Chief of Staff (People Agenda)

As a Technical Project Manager II within the Global Chief of Staff Team in Risk Technology, you will play a pivotal role in leading complex technology projects and programs that drive business goals and enhance the firm's technological capabilities. You will leverage your broad knowledge of technical principles and practices to develop innovative solutions, while effectively managing resources, budgets, and cross-functional teams. Your analytical reasoning and adaptability skills will enable you to navigate through ambiguity and embrace change. By fostering productive relationships with stakeholders and clients, you will contribute to the firm's overall growth and success. Your excellent communication skills and ability to influence others will be crucial in driving mutually beneficial outcomes and managing risks in line with the firm's policies and practices.

Job responsibilities

Help develop and operationalize key metrics to measure the current state, define what success looks like in the future, and enable strategic solutions and executionContribute to communication materials for senior management and present project analyses and recommendations Analyze and breakdown complex business, technical, and operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities, applying critical thinking and problem-solving skillsContribute to the development and implementation of technical solutions, including identifying key technologies or platforms that can solve business goals and managing vendor relationsIdentify opportunities for process improvement and automation and drive implementation of process changesSupport the optimization of allocated resources, including people, budget, and technology, to effectively plan, schedule, and progress project and/or program initiativesCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including software development, quality assurance, and business stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goalsParticipate in stakeholder management, fostering productive working relationships with cross-functional teams and clients to drive mutually beneficial outcomesUtilize organization and planning expertise to prioritize tasks, navigate organizational complexities, and resolves challenges  Monitor project progress, adjusting plans and schedules as needed, and providing regular status updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication throughout the project or program lifecycle

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programsProven ability to utilize analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down objectives into manageable tasksExperience in resource optimization and/or resource planningProficient in stakeholder management, with a track record of establishing productive working relationships and driving mutually beneficial outcomesExperience managing diverse sets of stakeholders, establishing productive working relationships with cross-functional teams, clients, and managing project governanceCreative thinker and problem-solver with excellent judgment and follow-through Extensive experience planning and coordination skills to effectively drive multiple projects in an organized, detail-focused mannerStrong time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and keep numerous projects on trackExcellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information simply and clearly to senior business leaders
