As a Technical Project Manager II at JPMorgan Chase within the Commercial & Investment Bank Team, you will play a pivotal role in leading complex technology projects and programs that drive business goals and enhance the firm's technological capabilities. Job responsibilities
Collaborate with local and global team to insure alignment to MTRC and JPMC operating strategies.Work with Global Risk & Compliance (GRC) and other controls partners to agree risks and control requirements, refining the Markets risk management operating model as neededCollaborate with and on behalf of Markets engineers to address technology risk & control management performance.Coordinate with other central stakeholders and Markets engineers to insure effective control implementations Identify operational and/or service enhancements that will provide engagement efficienciesWork with a diverse spectrum of development teams to drive a ‘shift-left’ for technology risk & controlsDrive best practices across JPMC wherever the opportunity arises
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programsFinancial Services experience (either with a financial services institution or third party engagement with a financial services institution)Experience with control remediation Flexibility and eagerness to learn new regulatory initiatives and risk control conceptsA passion for problem solving and technical learningMotivated self-starter able to contribute individually and as part of a team as business needs dictateAbility to accurately distill inputs from various stakeholders to form a coherent response for audit, regulators and other peersExperience working with Agile methodologies
