Job responsibilities
Analyze and breakdown complex business, technical, and operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities, applying critical thinking and problem-solving skills Contribute to the development and implementation of technical solutions, including identifying key technologies or platforms that can solve business goals and managing vendor relations Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure timely and successful delivery of technology projects and programs Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing risk management strategies to minimize impact on project or program outcomes Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software development, quality assurance, and business stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals Monitor project progress, adjusting plans and schedules as needed, and providing regular status updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication throughout the project or program lifecycle Guide the selection and implementation of appropriate technologies, platforms and software tools leveraging advanced technical fluency Champion continuous improvement by identifying process optimization opportunities, incorporating best practices, and staying abreast of emerging technologies
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Formal Training with proven experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs Proven ability to utilize analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down objectives into manageable tasks Demonstrated technical proficiency and experience with relevant platforms and software tools/technologies Experience in resource optimization and/or resource planning Prior experience managing diverse sets of stakeholders, establishing productive working relationships with cross-functional teams, clients, and managing project governance
