The Technical Project Manager will lead product, process, or technology projects using a cross-functional team approach. You will follow established product development and life cycle processes to integrate projects into business systems and practices effectively. Ensuring adherence to current policies and documentation requirements is crucial.
ResponsibilitiesInteract with internal clients to understand their needs.Participate in project planning activities, design review meetings, and cross-functional collaborations.Perform other duties as assigned to support operational and engineering objectives.Support technical reports, charts, graphs, and schematics to illustrate system performance, deviations, and limitations.Drive accountability for project dates through change notice support.Set up, prepare for, and facilitate meetings; document and communicate actions, risks, and decisions.Collaborate with various functions, regions, and business resources to achieve project objectives.Document project meeting minutes, issues log, metrics, and other key communications.Learn new processes and technologies to collaborate with development teams internally and externally.Train on systems and policies to support the Program Manager and the PLCP requirements for development.Create, maintain, and/or own formal and informal process documentation.Essential SkillsProficiency in project management, engineering, and project planning.Strong stakeholder management skills.Understanding of product architecture, network configurations, and project management principles.Experience as the primary interface between technical teams and business stakeholders for upgrade requirements and solution design.Adept in guiding decision-making through product architecture, software dependencies, network configurations, and validation needs.Experience in supporting/coordinating testing, pilot runs, and troubleshooting activities prior to and during rollout.Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Office Tools.Ability to create and maintain schedules, plans, and meeting minutes relevant to the project.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelors degree with 5 to 8 years of experience.Experience in a regulated industry.Experience in developing and deploying software for capital equipment.Knowledge of RF Generators/Surgical Technologies.Work EnvironmentThe role is hybrid, requiring onsite presence three days a week: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. This position offers the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and gain hands-on experience in the medical device field. The environment encourages strong analytical skills, excellent communication for technical reporting, and detail-oriented, proactive problem-solving.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $65.00 - $65.00/hr.
