The Opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Integration Lead to provide comprehensive project execution support and serve as a technical integrator and execution enabler across multiple concurrent efforts. This role will lead and shape a high-performing technical integration team focused on crypto, fiber, and system integration efforts. The ideal candidate will act as the technical authority and mentor for technicians, fostering independent, high-quality execution. Additionally, this position will influence process improvement, policy implementation, and operational excellence across integration activities, while playing a crucial role in workforce development from hiring and training to performance management.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical project execution support serving as a technical integrator and execution enabler across multiple concurrent effortsLead and shape a high-performing technical integration team supporting crypto, fiber, and system integration effortsServe as the technical authority and mentor for technicians, enabling independent, high-quality executionInfluence process improvement, policy implementation, and operational excellence across integration activitiesPlay a key role in workforce development, from hiring and training to performance managementSupport task order execution by providing technical coordination, requirements interpretation, and execution support across multiple projectsSchedule, task, train, and provide day-to-day direction for all Crypto, Fiber, and Integration personnelProvide technical expertise and real-time, hands-on problem solving to technicians and Program ManagersTrain technicians on proper build techniques, drawing interpretation, and independent work executionLead workforce management activities including JR creation, interviewing, hiring, disciplinary actions, and quarterly performance touchpointsReview, edit, and implement policies and procedures; manage Crypto Frame efforts, iPad redaction activities, and CACI Works initiativesQualifications:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in an aerospace-related technical and/or business disciplineProven experience leading technical teams in crypto, fiber, or systems integration environmentsStrong working knowledge of technical drawings, build standards, and integration best practicesDemonstrated ability to train, mentor, and develop technicians to operate independentlyStrong organizational, communication, and leadership skillsDesired
Prior experience managing classified or secure integration effortsExperience in production Quality Assurance, including inspection, compliance, and process adherenceExperience working in DoD, government, or other highly regulated technical environments

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
