Technical Project Manager Position Overview The Technical Project Manager responsible for overseeing and coordinating all contractor work performed. This role provides day-to-day technical and project leadership to ensure all tasks are executed in accordance with contractual requirements, schedules, and quality standards. The position supports complex Data and Analytics programs operating across on-premises and cloud environments. Key Responsibilities + Provide technical and project management leadership for contractor personnel supporting data and analytics initiatives + Coordinate and manage work across on-premises and cloud-based data and analytics environments + Track task performance, milestones, and deliverables; ensure timely completion and quality outcomes + Identify, assess, and resolve technical and programmatic issues; escalate risks as appropriate + Serve as a primary technical point of contact for Government stakeholders and program leadership + Support development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and status reporting + Ensure deliverables meet contractual, technical, and security requirements + Facilitate technical reviews, working sessions, and progress meetings + Support continuous improvement of processes, tools, and methodologies. Required Qualifications + Minimum of ten (10) years of experience overseeing tasks comparable in scope and complexity to those defined in the PWS + Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) + Ability to obtain and maintain required Treasury government clearance. + PMP certification or equivalent. + Demonstrated experience managing Data and Analytics programs in both on-premises and cloud environments + Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) and hybrid architectures + Proven experience serving in technical project management or team lead role on complex programs + Strong understanding of data platforms, analytics workflows, and enterprise IT environments + Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills All qualified applicants are considered for employment, and employees are treated during employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, citizenship, disability, or Veteran status.
