As a Technical Project Manager within the Core & Foundational Platforms (CFP) team, you will play a pivotal role in promoting technology advancements and contributing to significant business growth and client success. You will develop and execute comprehensive project plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and utilize your technical fluency to recommend appropriate technologies, ensuring the delivery of secure, resilient, and modern cloud-native applications.

Job responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure timely and successful delivery of technology projectsIdentify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing risk management strategies to minimize impact on project outcomesCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including software development, quality assurance, and business stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goalsUtilize technical fluency to evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, platforms, and vendor products for project implementationMonitor project progress, adjusting plans and schedules as needed, and providing regular status updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication throughout the project or program lifecycle

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activitiesProven experience leading through the project lifecycle management, including influencing decision makers and adapting to changes as business needs evolveStrong technical fluency, with familiarity in current and relevant platforms, software tools, and technologiesProficient in stakeholder management, with a track record of establishing productive working relationships and driving mutually beneficial outcomes
