Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to join our innovative team focused on Music Growth and Cross Channel Marketing Personalization. The ideal candidate will manage and develop projects that impact new consumer-facing products and internal systems. This role requires timely execution with urgency and control, while serving as a bridge between various teams to ensure on-time and quality project completion.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage projects affecting new consumer-facing products and internal systems.Drive on-time and quality completion of projects, communicating effectively with all stakeholders and partners.Provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, balancing business needs with technical constraints.Scale up responsibilities based on metrics, managing programs through meetings and stakeholder engagement.Ensure project deliverables are unblocked and communicated well, using tools to ensure they are delivered.Dive deep into technical aspects, gaining command over technology to overcome challenges.Earn trust with stakeholders and dependencies to facilitate project success.Assist core teams with initiatives, helping to unblock and drive progress.Contribute to cost organizational initiatives, including creating unauthenticated experiences for customers.Essential SkillsUndergraduate or graduate degree in computer science or related field.3-5 years industry experience as a software developer or technical lead.Deep understanding of systems and technical services.Proven track record of working effectively across different groups.Experience in successful delivery of software products from conception through business case and customer deployment.Entrepreneurial spirit with strong product and program management skills.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Additional Skills & Qualifications3-8+ years industry experience as a program technical product manager.Some technical degree strongly preferred.Experience in product-led growth and marketing tech, including cross channel, emails, and paid media.Experience working in large corporations.Ability to work with technical and non-technical business owners.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $81.00/hr.
