Technical Program Manager - Quote to Cash (Telecom)

**CTG is seeking to fill a Technical Program Manager – Quote to Cash (Telecom) position for our client.**
**Location:** Middletown, NJ
**Duration:** 12 months
**Duties:**
+ Design and deliver cross-domain Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) solutions supporting enterprise network services.
+ Lead end-to-end program coordination across multiple domains, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer experience goals.
+ Collaborate with application, architecture, and business teams to ensure solution integration and technical alignment.
+ Identify and assess impacts across systems, processes, and applications within the Q2C lifecycle.
+ Ensure complete end-to-end solution coverage from opportunity through order, provisioning, billing, and invoicing.
+ Assist stakeholders in defining and documenting detailed feature requirements, functional specifications, and solution designs.
+ Provide technical leadership, architectural guidance, and best practices throughout the program lifecycle.
+ Drive cross-functional issue resolution, risk mitigation, and dependency management.
+ Support delivery governance, timelines, and quality to ensure successful implementation.
**Skills:**
+ Strong expertise in Quote-to-Cash processes within telecom environments.
+ Deep knowledge of OSS/BSS architectures and opportunity-to-invoice workflows.
+ Experience with cross-domain solution design and system integration.
+ Strong understanding of enterprise telecom products, including data and voice services.
+ Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
+ Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
**Experience:**
+ 5–10+ years of experience in the AT&T client environment.
+ Proven experience supporting AT&T Telecom Data products (e.g., Dedicated Internet) and Voice products (e.g., BVoIP, ABV).
+ Experience leading or architecting Quote-to-Cash or Order-to-Cash solutions.
+ Demonstrated experience working across multiple systems and domains in complex enterprise environments.
+ Experience with customer feature documentation, requirements management, and delivery coordination.
+ Experience working with large-scale enterprise telecom transformation or integration initiatives preferred.
**Education:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field required.
+ Master’s degree or relevant certifications (PMP, SAFe, or Architecture-related) preferred.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $95,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
