Technical Program Manager - EDI Applications
**Role:Technical Program Manager - EDI Applications** **Location:West coast** **- PST hours** **Directhiring with benefits** **RoleSummary and Key Responsibilities:** + Leadand deliver EDI solutions for our Accounting, Supply Chain andManufacturing teams. + TPM should be experienced inimplementation of new features, integrations and management of EDIapplications. + Managerelationships with Business stakeholders, IT Vendors, Customers, Vendorsand 3PLs keeping stakeholders informed of progress and issues + Leadthe EDI team, create a friendly and collaborative work environment, drivedesired professional behaviors and motivate the team to the highest levelsof performance. Take action to cheer the team on each milestone and ensurethat team resources have the best conditions to perform successfully. + Workwith Cloud providers and business teams to troubleshoot applicationperformances on cloud environment and other business critical issues + Presentformal presentations and executive summaries to leadership. + Leadthe team with hands-on role on analysis and design of EDI solutionsand processes enabled by S/4 HANA and SPS Commerce + Priorknowledge and experience with Tech Stack - **SPS Commerce** , iTrade (SCM), Integrationsof EDI apps with SAP is must have. + Establishbest practices for existing and future EDI solutions + SupportQA process, educating teams on QA standards + Createand maintain trading partner relationships and communication methods + Assistin the troubleshooting and resolution of any EDI/cXML failures and issues + Manageproduction support and drive swift resolution of issues. Troubleshoot andrecommend alternatives to resolve conflicts between business requirementsand standard system functionality. + Drivethe analysis, design and development of enhancements to take advantage ofnew technology, tighten controls, or improve efficiencies with EDIapplications, interfaces and mappings **CoreSkills & Qualifications** + Bachelor-sdegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or equivalentwork experience + StrongAnalytical and Problem Solving Skills + 8+years of experience with EDI transaction documents development andintegrations + Experiencewith EDI transactions in both X12 and EDIFACT standards including EDItransactions like 810, 850, 855, 944, 945, 856, 867, 860, 865 + 5+years of managing and leading teams in a highly cross functionalenvironment + Trackrecord of end to end development and testing of transactional mapping andEDI interfaces to S4/Hana + 3+years of experience with SAP S4/Hana SD outputs and inputs for EDI + Highlyknowledgeable of business concepts (payables, receivables, purchasing,sales, order processing, distribution, etc.) and associated processes + Workingknowledge of ITIL processes **EducationRequirements:** Bachelor-s Degree **Life atSogeti:** Sogeti supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career. This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission.
