Programs supported by this role include database hands-on workshops, the Oracle LiveLabs Workshop Management System (WMS), technical enablement initiatives, database cloud certifications, and related training and adoption efforts.
This role works closely with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Documentation, and Enablement teams to ensure programs are executed effectively and aligned with product strategy and corporate messaging.
Position Overview
As a Technical Program Manager, you will manage the execution of multiple technical programs related to Oracle Database enablement. You will coordinate workflows, schedules, and deliverables to ensure workshops and training assets move efficiently from development to production and remain current over time.
This role emphasizes program execution, coordination, and delivery rather than product ownership or long-term portfolio strategy.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. Typically 5–7 years of experience in technical program management, technical enablement, product operations, or related roles. PMP certification or equivalent practical program management experience. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. Experience coordinating cross-functional technical programs with multiple stakeholders. Proficiency with collaboration and delivery tools such as Confluence, GitHub, and Zoom.Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting developer enablement, workshops, or training platforms. Background working with database technologies or cloud services. Experience supporting customer-facing technical programs or certification initiatives. Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is a plus, but not required.What We Offer
