Technical Program Manager
Job Description Insight Global is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead and scale global liquid cooling programs supporting mass manufacturing and infrastructure deployment. This role sits at the intersection of hardware engineering, manufacturing, operations, facilities, and external manufacturing partners, with a focus on delivering reliable, repeatable liquid‑cooled solutions at production scale. What You'll Do: Lead end‑to‑end technical programs supporting liquid cooling solutions from early concept through mass manufacturing and global deployment Drive cross‑functional execution across Hardware, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Test, Facilities, Supply Chain, Quality, and external EMS / CM partners Support and scale liquid cooling infrastructure across all CMs, ensuring consistency, readiness, and manufacturability at volume Develop and manage detailed program plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and risk registers using tools such as Smartsheet and Agile workflows Own factory readiness, pilot builds, production ramp, and change management for liquid cooling systems Coordinate integration of liquid cooling components and infrastructure (e.g., CDUs, manifolds, facility interfaces) into manufacturing and test environments Identify risks early, drive mitigation plans, and escalate issues with clear data and recommended actions Communicate program status clearly through regular updates, exec reviews, and cross‑functional forums Partner closely with engineering teams to ensure DFx (DFM, DFT, DFA) considerations are addressed early and consistently across global manufacturing Operate comfortably in ambiguity, creating structure and clarity as programs evolve We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management Prior experience supporting liquid cooling programs in manufacturing, infrastructure, data center, or related environments Strong background in manufacturing operations and global mass production Demonstrated experience working with EMS / CM partners across multiple regions Hands‑on experience using Smartsheet or Agile Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience) Experience supporting liquid cooling systems at scale (e.g., CDUs, AALCs, manifolds, facility interfaces) Background in data center or HPC hardware manufacturing
