Job Description We are seeking a highly collaborative and technically fluent Technical Product/Program Manager to lead content operations, platform enhancements, and cross‑functional initiatives for a large‑scale digital content and marketplace ecosystem within a AAA game studio. This role blends technical program management, product execution, editorial operations, and data‑driven decision‑making. The ideal candidate has strong project management fundamentals, experience working with engineering and design teams, and a passion for games and digital experiences. -Define and manage product requirements, scope, schedules, and delivery plans for new features, tools, and content workflows. -Partner closely with engineering, design, production, and marketing to plan and execute platform updates and content-related feature improvements. -Drive alignment across teams, resolve blockers, and ensure timely delivery of roadmap items. -Build scalable processes, standards, and technical workflows to support ongoing content publishing and marketplace operations. Skills and Requirements 3+ years of technical program management, product management, or digital content/program operations experience. Experience working cross‑functionally with engineering, UX/design, marketing, and operational teams. Strong project management skills, including scheduling, prioritization, and multi‑project coordination. Ability to analyze large datasets; proficiency with Excel (including filtering, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP preferred). Familiarity with web technologies, markup languages, and digital publishing workflows (e.g., HTML, XML). Strong communication, organizational, and leadership capabilities. Demonstrated ability to build repeatable processes and manage fast‑paced content environments. Self‑starter with strong attention to detail and follow‑through. Experience in ecommerce, digital marketplaces, or online storefront environments. A/B testing experience in product, content, or UX contexts. Experience working with or within gaming ecosystems; enthusiasm for games is strongly valued. Understanding of editorial operations, digital creative standards, and content lifecycle management.
