Technical Program Manager
Job Description We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead this high-impact initiative—aligning engineering, product, design, and data teams to deliver a reimagined app that surfaces recommended and relevant content for every user. In this role, you’ll oversee the full program lifecycle—from strategic planning and roadmap execution to feature delivery and cross-team alignment. You’ll play a pivotal role in integrating new personalization capabilities, enhancing app infrastructure, and ensuring that the client's mobile experience meets the evolving needs of sports consumers. Skills and Requirements 7+ years of experience in technical program or product delivery, ideally within mobile or consumer digital products. Experience in media, entertainment, or sports tech. Strong understanding of mobile app development lifecycles, release processes, and agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, etc.). Experience working on or launching personalization, recommendation, or content delivery systems. Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives with multiple teams and stakeholders. Familiarity with data pipelines, content management systems, APIs, and integration with machine learning systems is a plus. Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive reporting skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail. Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Lucid, Smartsheet, and analytics dashboards. Passion for sports/ sports entertainment Background in working with personalization engines or real-time content systems. Technical background or degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
